You've outgrown a template
The site works, but it looks like the five competitors who bought the same theme. Nothing about it says why a client should choose you.
A custom site that looks like it was built for you — because it was.
Templates are cheap because they are the same site everyone else bought. A custom build costs more and earns it back by being the one thing a prospect remembers, loading fast enough that they stay, and being found at all.

Visitors arrive, can't tell what you do in three seconds, and leave. The traffic is there; the conversion is not.
A new company, product or service that needs a presence serious enough to be taken seriously from day one.
Most Philippine agencies build on WordPress with a page builder, because it is fast to assemble and anyone can be trained to do it. The cost is paid by the visitor: every page ships hundreds of kilobytes of CSS and JavaScript it never uses, and the mobile score lands somewhere in the forties.
That matters commercially, not just technically. Every additional second of load time costs conversions, and Google uses Core Web Vitals as a ranking input. A site that is slower than your competitor's is a site that loses to it twice.
Hand-built front ends avoid the problem entirely rather than optimising around it afterwards. This site is the demonstration — open DevTools on it.

Yes, if you want that. We can add a content management layer so you edit text and images without touching code. Some clients prefer to send changes to us instead — both are supported, and it is worth deciding before the build rather than after.
We can, and we have. For most new builds we recommend a hand-built site instead: faster, more secure, nothing to update weekly, and no plugin conflict taking the site down. If WordPress genuinely suits your situation, we will say so.
They are protected deliberately. Every existing URL is inventoried, mapped and redirected, structured data is upgraded, and the new sitemap is submitted on launch day. Rankings typically improve after a rebuild, because the site is faster and better structured.
